Refund Policy
Hoftrix refund and cancellation guidelines for paid services.
Hoftrix delivers custom professional services. Refunds are handled fairly and in line with the signed proposal or statement of work for each project.
Deposits and milestones
Project deposits secure scheduling and resource allocation. Once work has started against an approved milestone, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project per the contract terms. Client pays for work completed and any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred up to the termination date.
Disputes
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us within 14 days at admin@hoftrix.com with your invoice reference. We will review and respond promptly.
