To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoftrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hoftrix’s place of business. Disputes will be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, through appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
